eBooks

All eBook purchases are non-refundable. Because they are digital products delivered instantly, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once the file has been delivered.

Paperbacks/Hardcovers

All books are printed on demand, which means they are custom-made for your order. As such, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on paperback purchases unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives with a printing error, physical damage, or manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
